About Hayden

As a tutor I can relate to you through the fact that I'm younger, being only nineteen, which has often brought a more relatable aspect in the past. I'm super understanding and patient, I'm dedicated to helping you understand no matter how much time it takes. I've gone through learning these things before and understand how rigorous and challenging learning these things can be at times and I'm confident I can help you understand if you're willing to be confident in your own ability to understand. I've always been someone who wants to help others in many ways, and tutoring is one of the main mediums I have utilized in the past to do so. Another bonus is that my hours are incredibly flexible and I'm happy to help whenever I'm needed.

About the lesson

I take a personal approach as a tutor, allowing students to walk through the process of solving an equation step by step, while assisting, but still allowing them to solve the problems and learn for themselves. I fully understand learning this stuff takes time and practice and I'm fully committed to helping throughout the process.

What sets me apart as a tutor is that I'm younger, being only nineteen, which has often brought a more relatable aspect in the past. I've always been someone who wants to help others in many ways, and tutoring is one of the main mediums I have utilized in the past to do so. Another bonus is that my hours are incredibly flexible and I'm happy to help whenever I'm needed.

A typical lesson plan of mine involves the student describing what it is they're learning and allowing them to identify where throughout the process they are struggling. So we can work through similar practice examples, that will provide as a guide to solve their examples.

From an English perspective my lesson plan typically involves me editing and reviewing papers, as well as assitance in topic and structure formation for creative and professional writing.

I can tutor for math and english classes K-12, as well as some college level math courses. I also have experience with, java, python, C++, and SAS
