About Kenzie
Since she was three years old, Kenzie has always had a passion for the performing arts. In 2018, she attended American Musical and Dramatic Academy (LA & NY campus) for a year before transitioning to Western Oregon University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Acting. She is currently earning her MM in Vocal Performance: Musical Theatre at New York University (expected May 2024).
She is a singer-songwriter/composer and can be found on everywhere as KZ Liz. In August, 2023, she had the opportunity to open for Philip Labes for his Four Seasons Tour. Shortly after, she released an acoustic album -- The Other Side -- with her musicians Trev Fischer and Kelly Miller. Her most recent project, an EP titled My Mind, became available on streaming platforms on 10.01.2023.
Regional: Elf, the Musical (Lakewood Theatre), The Music Man (State Theatre Acting). Educational: Heartbreakers in Hell (New York University), Urinetown (Western Oregon University).
In addition to theatre, Kenzie was featured on Season 20 of American Idol and a commercial for the Hy3 Camlock Wave Sport Bottle.

During the lesson, it’s up to you how you want to spend the time. I’ll usually ask in advance what you’d like to focus on (technique, audition prep, acting through song) and structure the lesson based on that information. Whatever song we’re working on, I’ll ask for a copy of the sheet music sent to my email so I can reference it during the process. I give you access to the recording option so you can have it for your files, but it’s completely optional.
I believe that every person is different, and with that comes different learning styles. After every lesson, a student should always feel more confident about their vocal abilities than before. I'm here to help each student succeed at their own pace, while maintaining their individuality, finding their voice, and telling their story.
