I have had the privilege of going to independent school my entire life and have had tutors myself. Therefore I understand the value of having a good tutor, as it secures the foundation for effective and confident learning. I have always excelled in the classroom and have seldom missed dean’s list throughout my entire academic career. I enjoy being a learner and I hope to pass that enjoyment on to others.

Before I begin tutoring a student, I like to get a sense of the class work/ teachers style. I will individually analyze the students homework and class plans in order to get a sense of the topics and concepts highlighted within the course. Sometimes students merely need review to boost their confidence, other students may need to learn the said concept. With this tutoring style I can optimize the time our time together and efficiently help the student progress. I like to check in with the parents as well in order to get a sense of the students learning background. I consider myself extremely patient and a thorough/clear teacher. I would love to have the opportunity to help your child with their academic studies this summer.
