About Ray

I am a psychology postgraduate student at Kingston University. I have been giving private lessons to my friends before each exam during my undergraduate years. I enjoy adding to my students' knowledge by teaching them something new. I am also a dancer and I am currently enrolled at a Dance Movement Therapy school.
In addition, as the Senior Representative of the Psychology Student Society and the Mental Health Awareness Club at my undergrad years, I came across the idea of organizing an inclusive Fashion Show on April in AUB West hall common room. The theme was on the concept of “inclusion” and the models were diverse. All body types (including those with physical, mental disabilities such as Down syndrome), LGBTQ and foreigners took part in walking the runway, along with a few of Miss Lebanon contestants!
The purpose of the event was to break stigmas and raise awareness on mental health topics.
The money raised was donated to an NGO called Step Together Association (for children with special needs). You can find the link to my youtube video below.

About the lesson

I approach each topic with precision and in depth. I like reading the chapter required beforehand to understand what are the key concepts. I like using examples to clarify each theory. I also make clear simple notes for my client to grasp the information in an organized manner.
