About Alexander
Helping students discover the joy of playing the piano is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching. I have more than 12 years of experience teaching college students and enjoy supporting them as they develop their musical skills.
My teaching style is positive, encouraging, and student-centered. I explain every lesson using clear and simple English so students can understand concepts without confusion. Every lesson is adjusted according to the student's progress and learning goals.
I use innovative teaching techniques including digital practice resources, rhythm exercises, ear training, visual demonstrations, and personalized song learning. These methods help students stay motivated while strengthening their technical foundation.
Students learn note reading, finger techniques, scales, chords, rhythm, posture, and expressive performance. I provide regular progress reviews and constructive guidance so students continue improving with confidence.

My teaching approach focuses on communication, creativity, flexibility, and meaningful learning. I believe piano lessons should build technical skills while encouraging imagination and self-expression. Every lesson is customized to suit each student's learning style and musical ambitions.
Students begin with posture, finger coordination, rhythm exercises, note reading, and music theory. After mastering these important fundamentals, they progress to scales, chords, arpeggios, pedal techniques, dynamics, expressive performance, sight reading, and advanced piano skills.
I use demonstrations, practical activities, listening practice, and interactive discussions to make learning enjoyable. Students are encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and develop regular practice habits. Personalized guidance supports continuous improvement.
Students explore different musical styles while strengthening creativity through improvisation, accompaniment, and musical interpretation. These activities improve confidence and help students develop their own musical identity.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard, rhythm development, ear training, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, performance preparation, and beginner composition. These additional subjects provide balanced musical development.
My objective is to help every student become a skilled musician who enjoys learning and sharing music with confidence.
