About Brielle
I am a piano tutor with 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Studies. I have guided over 300 students from young beginners to advanced adult performers. My lessons span classical technique, jazz harmony, pop piano, music theory, and examination preparation comprehensively. I am deeply committed to making piano lessons personally meaningful and enjoyable for every student. My approach is patient, structured, and personalised to each student's pace and interests. My piano lessons develop technique, theory, and musicality in an integrated and genuinely enjoyable way throughout every session. Every session starts with scales, arpeggios, and technique exercises appropriate to the student's level and goals. Theory is integrated throughout all practical playing so musical understanding deepens naturally. Jazz students work on chord voicings, improvisation, and rhythmic feel. Classical students follow graded repertoire with detailed examination preparation. Pop students develop chord playing and stylistic rhythmic feel. Backing tracks develop timing and musical sensitivity at every level. Composition is available for students wanting to develop creative musical expression. Detailed written practice notes are provided after every lesson. My goal is for every student to become a genuinely confident and expressive pianist who loves making music.
