About Shahana
I believe that every student has dreams and goals that can shape their future, whether they become leaders, professionals, or parents. Each individual contributes uniquely to society, collectively making the world a better place. Witnessing injustices and corruption has fueled my desire to create positive change, and I’ve realized that I can inspire this change starting with education. A conversation with my brother sparked a reflection on my ability to influence and uplift others. I understood that every individual was once a student, and it is in this formative stage that I can help instill empathy and the best thinking in future leaders. The students I tutor may go on to become project managers or analysts who improve systems and processes. I would be honored to share the valuable lessons from my previous workplaces and from leaders at McKinsey, Deloitte, Professors, and others who have inspired me along my journey. I have a strong passion for helping others succeed academically.
Having excelled in my studies (topper & Dean's list) and served as a private tutor, I understand the challenges students face and find fulfillment in providing support and encouragement.
