About Samantha

I am a licensed Oregon teacher. I taught in public elementary school for 6 years before having my kids and starting my family. I have experience teaching kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade. I also did 1:1 tutoring with public schools for students on the homebound program, successfully supporting education for kids who were not able to appear in a classroom.

About the lesson

I teach elementary school math using hands on practice and games to reinforce mathematical thinking.
I know that different methods click for different students and I have experience working with students to find the method that clicks for them.

I can help students who are struggling with elementary math get to grade level.
