About Marie
Growing up I simply followed the pulse of the bolero. It was a private habit until I earned my Diploma of Music at JMC Academy. Now I guide teens and hobbyists through the mechanics of the instrument. Tuning and maintenance are the foundation of my method. I teach chord transitions and precise fingerpicking with equal rigor. Blues progressions often weave into the traditional lessons. My 7 years of teaching also include help with songwriting and reading sheet music. Handling tabs becomes intuitive here. These musical traditions are genuinely fun to share.

Clunky finger movement stops many players from finding their groove. I solve this by showing how proper mechanics fix tension immediately. My academic background ensures that grade exam candidates get the technical precision they require. We bridge the gap between simple chords and complex soul. Fingerpicking patterns eventually become second nature during our time together. I find great satisfaction in hearing a student finally connect with the rhythm.
