About Kayol
My teaching method is based on a dialogic expository class, in which the student can (and should) participate in the discussion on the subject. Topics will be taught from a theoretical perspective so that they can be implemented in practice. The practical classes will be done in Matlab/Python and will be based on solving problems similar to the practice. Through this methodology, it is expected that the student learns several algorithms and signal processing applications.

I am a PhD student in electrical engineering at Unicamp and have extensive experience in the area of digital and analog signal processing. I've worked with several categories of supervised and unsupervised adaptive filters for estimation, detection, equalization, signal-enhancement, among other applications.
