About Veronica

I am currently based in Uxbridge. I hold online and in-person classes, either at mine or my student's house. I have developed my teaching skills over the years, from my own personal experience from being a student and also a teacher.

I have a perfect track record of my students passing the eleven plus. I have past students in:

Langley, Upton, Hershel, Burnham, Wallington, Reading, Tiffins plus more.

I can also help with SATs prep for 2022 and KS2 education. I am very comfortable with children, being a mother myself and find I can be firm yet encouraging.

Having a science degree and background, I specialise in teaching Biology and Chemistry up to GCSE level and preparing for examinations in many different syllabuses.

I also can help with entrance exam preparation, for general school/university entrance, as well as entrance to private schools and graduate schemes. Furthermore if you have questions about IB vs A Level, I can also advise you.

About the lesson

I am very passionate about teaching in general, as I have seen the benefits that extra tuition can have on students. Every student is unique and requires a different way of teaching. I tailor my tuition accordingly and be encouraging and supportive in any way possible. I am a big fan of planning lessons ahead, as I understand a lot of students/parents are focused on a particular goal, which could be time-sensitive. You will also be expected to do a good amount of homework, which will be set every lesson.
