- Post Graduate in Project Management from National Institute of construction Management and Research, Pune, Maharashtra.

-Certified Storyteller from Kathalaya, Affiliated to International storytelling centre, Tennessee, USA.

From being the most talkative child in the class to becoming a good orator, I was constantly pushing myself to improve my soft skills. This rigour sub-consciously transitioned my ‘intertest’ in soft skills development during school days into a ‘passion’ by the time I joined college. Thanks to my college for further catalysing this journey.

It was a perfect rainy day & I had the first session of Communication and Managerial workshop at my college. It started off with an interesting exercise of introducing our classmates in a unique way & in a blink of an eye 2hrs had just passed by. In the next few months we had multiple sessions covering different topics related to soft skills and Business Communication. These sessions played an important role in shaping my personality and gain necessary confidence in public speaking. This eventually helped me get a job in the very first company that visited our campus.

I worked in the corporate sector for 4 years not realising that I was sub-consciously knocking the doors of opportunities in training field. Where there is a will, there is a way & this phrase was brought to life when I got an opportunity in my organization to work with the training team. This paved a way to chase my passion in a more structured way & build a career out of it.

With corporate experience on my back, I took a bold step to move on, commit myself 100% towards training & make a difference.

About the lesson

I believe in having interactive sessions, which will emphasis on the concepts through activities, videos and stories.

My Approach,
If I give you a fact, you will learn.
If I give you a truth, you will believe.
but if I tell you a story, you will remember.

Class structure
1. 10% of the time will be Introduction(If its your first
session)/Recap from the previous session.
2. 80% of the time will be on concepts and main lessons.
3. 10% of the time will be questions from the student.

Classes will be benefited by anyone 15 years and above.
