About Lance
First and foremost, I am inclusive of all and take it fairly seriously.
During high school I took college trig and geometry (pre calculus) and then took AP calculus my senior year! Being completely honest, I didn’t take it seriously. I scored a 2 on my AP test which allowed me to into Pre Calculus my freshman year. I fell in love with math later during college. During my engineering courses I was able to see first hand what the power of math could do! From there I learned that nothing gave me more joy then teaching peers and other students! With these two things I started tutoring people with special needs through the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Doing this for a year and a half I then moved on to teaching at a center for under privileged high school students in the Lafayette area. Having the experience with both of these places, plus the experience of tutoring friends and family, I feel it gives me an approach for many different learning methods!

I have worked as a tutor for special needs at University of Louisiana at Lafayette! I have also tutored and mentored high school students in under privileged areas!
