About Casie
I am an Elementary Special Education teacher that loves what I do. I have been teaching for 8 years and have experience working with students in self-contained classrooms from Pre-K through 5th grade. I also have 1 year of experience co-teaching Pre-K. I got my early childhood/Special Education degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and have begun my studies of a Master's in Reading at University of Texas in Tyler.

Lessons would be developed on an as-needed basis. I would begin by learning what the student knows and understands of the basic concepts in reading and math. Once I know what they know, then I can work with them on an individual needs basis to help them fill in gaps and learn new skills and concepts.
