About Nicole

My passion for jazz guitar runs deep, fueled by over a decade of immersion in its rich traditions and innovative spirit. As a performer and educator, I thrive on sharing the beauty and complexity of jazz music with my students. Each lesson is infused with my enthusiasm for exploring new sounds, improvisational techniques, and the intricate interplay of harmony and melody that defines the genre.

I believe in nurturing creativity and individuality in music. Whether we're dissecting a classic jazz standard or experimenting with original compositions, I encourage my students to express themselves authentically through their playing. Witnessing their growth and witnessing their musical journeys unfold is incredibly rewarding to me.

Beyond technique and theory, I aim to cultivate a deep appreciation for the artistry and history of jazz guitar. Through discussions on legendary players, stylistic evolution, and listening assignments, I hope to inspire a lifelong passion for jazz in each of my students. Together, let's explore the limitless possibilities of jazz guitar and ignite your own passion for this timeless and ever-evolving genre.
