About Everett
For 16+ years, I have been working in teaching and education, and this journey has given me a deep passion for helping students learn. I teach Singing to School and College students and enjoy creating an environment where learners can improve their skills while becoming more confident.
My teaching approach combines patience, clear communication, practical exercises, and regular feedback. I work on breathing, pitch, rhythm, vocal control, pronunciation, tone, expression, and performance. I make sure students understand each technique before moving to more advanced skills.
I believe that every learner deserves personal attention. I listen to students and understand their goals before guiding them. Whether they are beginners or already have some experience, I help them work toward steady improvement.
One of my most rewarding career milestones has been helping students prepare for performances. School and college events can be exciting but also stressful for young singers. Helping students prepare properly and watching them perform confidently has been a wonderful experience.
I encourage students to enjoy the learning process rather than focus only on perfection. Mistakes are natural, and I teach learners to use feedback to improve instead of becoming discouraged.
I also encourage creativity and self-expression. I want students to develop their own musical personality while learning the technical foundations required for good singing.
Singing can help students develop confidence, concentration, discipline, communication, creativity, and emotional awareness. I believe these benefits make music an important part of education.
After 16+ years of experience, my passion for teaching continues to grow. My goal is to help School and College students become skilled, confident, and expressive singers while making their learning journey enjoyable and inspiring.

I use a balanced and personalized approach to teaching Singing, combining Motivation, Communication, Creativity, and Time Management. I believe every student has the ability to improve when lessons are suited to their individual needs. I begin by understanding their current singing skills, musical interests, experience, goals, and areas that require attention.
Motivation helps students develop confidence and remain consistent. I encourage them to set realistic goals and recognize each improvement. I provide positive feedback and practical suggestions so students know how to continue progressing. I help students understand that mistakes are part of learning and should not prevent them from trying.
Communication is an essential part of my lessons. I encourage students to ask questions, share their musical ideas, and discuss challenges openly. I explain breathing, warm-ups, pitch, rhythm, tone, pronunciation, articulation, dynamics, and vocal expression in simple English. I also use demonstrations and examples to make techniques easier to understand.
Creativity allows students to enjoy Singing and develop personal expression. I use suitable songs, vocal exercises, improvisation, listening activities, rhythm practice, and performance exercises. I encourage students to explore different styles and communicate emotions naturally. I can also teach related areas such as music theory, ear training, rhythm, basic musicianship, and performance preparation.
Time Management helps students practice with a clear purpose. I guide them in creating realistic practice schedules and dividing their time between warm-ups, technique, songs, and revision. By setting manageable goals and tracking progress, students develop discipline and independence. My overall goal is to help students become confident, expressive, creative, organized, and motivated singers.
