About Danielle
I am a behavior specialist and previous special education teacher. I have a Masters in Special Education and currently obtaining a PhD in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. I have 8+ years of experience. I made a 178 out of 200 on the Praxis 2 Mathematics Test.

I enjoy finding ways to make math fun. There are so many ways to make numbers and word problems exciting and never boring. I always incorporate scaffolded lesson planning and I work at a pace based on the individual needs. Math takes time and practice and Im a firm believer in “everyone learns differently”. So I will gather information about the individual before lesson planning by conducting a preferred assessment. So I can cater to their personal needs and interests to make the lessons enjoyable.

Outside of tutoring I am a Mother to 3 wonderful children. I spend all of my extra time with them. I am also a behavior specialist that works with the Autism community in 5 different counties across south central Kentucky.
