About Martingale

While teaching has been my passion, I am a Computer Science engineer with IT experience who after appropriate work experience has done MBA in Finance and then worked with a globally renowned Wall Street Investment Bank in their Risk Management division. In hindsight, I have practical experience of teaching Arithmetic for MBA entrance exams like MAT GMAT etc. at a reputed Coaching Institute. Further, I have also taught Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Programming to High School and Secondary School students in India. To make my case more considerable, my focus lies on making one understand complex topics and concepts in an easy-to-grasp way with practical examples. Physics and Finance both are intertwined where much of Derivatives have borrowed concepts from Physics Laws like laws of Thermodynamics, Brownian Motion, etc. Likewise, mathematics is a tool which physicists use to shape their ideas and find practical solutions to theoretical problems. My approach will be to help students comprehend such diverse and technical topics in an easier way with conceptual clarity. This is my short introduction about my goal & vision and myself. About the lesson

As a teacher, my emphasis will not only be solving problems but also to develop problem-solving skills in a student. My focus is not only to make them learn but to also develop critical thinking and aptitude to learn new skills and concepts. Though Science and Mathematics can be boring to some students, my effort will be to channelize their mind to appreciate the subjects and make them love this journey of learning. I firmly believe in the maxim "Question everything'. No question is a stupid question. I always encourage students to keep on asking questions and never feel shy to make a mistake because it's the 'mistake' which is your best teacher. Each mistake will serve as a stepping stone for learning new things. My sessions are interactive where I will teach them with practical daily life examples and then throw at them problems from their textbooks and guide them to find solutions and handhold them if they falter. After all, an inquisitive mind leads to out-of-the-box thinking and holistic development. My Physics and Mathematics classes will be aimed at grade 8th, 9th, ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, and US High School.
