About Siddhartha
I am an Electrical Engineer, with 25 years experience in training the trainers. For me, each student brings a unique contribution to the class and the challenge is to understand and respect this uniqueness. Every class, therefore, becomes a unique group bringing different resources to class. Course content needs to be facilitated to achieve academic goals of this group through right facilitation understanding individual needs.

My approach is simple and student centric. Therefore, I would first understand the learning style of each of the student and then go on to find basic learning difficulties of each student in a class. Next focus would be on initial individual level of each student in the subject. Course content design would be modular with illustrative examples from everyday observations. Content will be delivered in facilitative mode involving students. AV aids would be deployed to drive content. Group and Individual test and exercises would be administered after each module.
