I would like to teach my students by practice and a constant work ethic on a daily basis. The end goal is for my students to learn the subject the best way they possibly could. I would want to help the students work towards their strength and pursue it accordingly. Marks do play an important role, yes. But I will focus more on the students strengths and completely explore their potential.
