About Grace

I am driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for education. I am currently a Primary PGCE student at UCL and I hold a first-class BA (Hons) Comparative Literature degree from Queen Mary University of London.

I have been tutoring for several years now - privately, voluntarily and within tuition centres. I invest in my students and ensure that I tailor my approach to suit their exact requirements in order for them to reach their goals. I am eager to see results, as I am sure you are too! For me, tutoring is so incredibly rewarding. Previously, I have had my students exceed their predicted grades and secure places at top UK universities.

I have worked with children for many years and I hold an enhanced DBS which is registered on the update service.

About the lesson

I am an experienced English tutor with five years worth of tuition experience. I have worked with pupils of all ages and I am eager to facilitate their success in their study of English language. I am experienced in SATs and GCSE exam preparation and skilled in teaching exam content. My teaching method is very much dependent on the student. I am very patient and eager to ensure students' success, so I will adjust my lesson according to the students' specific needs and develop their own individual skills through adapted strategies that are suited to them.

I believe that education is so important as ultimately it aids in paving the way for your future. I will be more than happy to assist you in you or your child’s study of English!
