About Jennifer
I am the author of eight works of fiction published by major houses, and hold a doctorate from The University of Iowa in English Literature, specializing in both 19th and 20th British and American Literature. I have taught at both the high school and college level for over 16 years, and have led many creative writing workshops as well.

I am highly skilled in tutoring all levels of high school students, from grade 9-12, and have 16 years of teaching experience under my belt. I take a hands approach with my students, and give detailed feedback so my studentscan improve and meet their goals. In crafting college admissions essays, for example, we work together on various drafts, fine-tuning the essay until it is perfected.
