My teaching method is based on my experience as well as reading up to date papers about fitness and diet. One of the most important thing in sport and especially in fitness is the enthusiasm and that the beginner should have the courage to start a great journey. To accomplish this, experience and science about fitness are necessary, but not enough. Another equally important factor is the mental preparation. I personally, believe that mental preparation is the most important thing when it comes to fitness. In your journey to the fitness, you will go through many difficulties such as strict diets and though exercises. Without being mentally prepared and without having enthusiasm and courage, fitness is not possible.
I am a graduate student at McGill university. In parallel with my academic life, I have always been into sports from martial arts, such as taekwondo, to soccer and finally bodybuilding. For a couple of years, I have been doing bodybuilding semi-professionally. I have been personal trainer of tens of people.
