About Brianna

I am a TEFL-certified ESL instructor who specializes in teaching conversational English. With a background in the fashion industry, insurance, and customer service, I have the capacity to teach business English related to those industries as well.

I believe in remaining in a constant state of learning. Not only do I grow my students in language fluency, but they also help me grow as a teacher in every interaction that we have.

About the lesson

My Teaching Motto: "A relaxed student is the more fruitful student!"

It can be hard to retain new knowledge when under stress, so I aim to create a learning environment that feels more like leisure rather than responsibility.

-My lessons are for individuals that are CEFR level B1 or higher.
-I specialize in conversational English and business English related to the insurance and/or retail industry.

My 3 Beliefs on Teaching:
1.) I believe in a personable style of teaching through storytelling and discussing real-world experiences. The best way to learn a language is to apply it to "right now" situations.
2.) I believe in teaching structure being adaptable! Student needs can change over time, so I setup lessons in a way that leaves room for any necessary changes.
3.) I believe in confidence being key! My aim is not just to teach English, but to get my students to feel confident like natives to the language.
