It acts in the heart and expands the consciousness in order to reach a state of peace and knowledge of the truth while causing profound changes in the physiological and psychological patterns. It involves Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Mantras, deep relaxation and meditation.

I started the contact with Yoga in a physical recovery after an incident and 5 months later I returned to Brazil where I met Kundalini Yoga. Soon I fell in love and took the course in a journey of immersion and self-knowledge that led me to give a class with 6 months of course.
