My career has been focused on financial analysis and M&A, where I've managed a portfolio of over 30 data centres, each valued between £500 million and over £3 billion. I've also served as a lead analyst on a £500 million buy-side acquisition strategy for a major client. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of what firms are looking for and how to prepare you to meet their demands. My expertise is backed by a first-class degree in Entrepreneurship and Management and professional certifications in Financial Modelling & Valuations Analysis (FMVA) and Investment Banking. About the lesson

Breaking into investment banking or corporate finance requires more than just academic knowledge. My tutoring programme is designed to give you a competitive edge by transforming your understanding of finance into a set of practical, career-ready skills. Your personalised one-on-one programme will be built around three core pillars, leveraging my firsthand experience to get you hired. **Pillar 1: Financial Modelling** You will learn to build robust financial models that drive key business decisions. Using my Private Equity backed experience, where I built models that influenced board decisions on land acquisition, customer pricing, and debt, you'll go beyond theory. We'll work through case studies, to master detailed 5-year projections and valuations. The programme covers everything from foundational budgeting and forecasting to advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, LBO, and M&A accretion/dilution analysis. **Pillar 2: M&A and Corporate Strategy** I'll teach you the full deal cycle from a practitioner's perspective. Drawing on my role as lead analyst on a £500 million buy-side acquisition project, you'll learn how to project-manage due diligence and create professional-grade pitch decks, one-pagers, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs). We will also cover the crucial elements of market research and financial analysis that support both buy-side and sell-side clients. **Pillar 3: Communication & Soft Skills** Technical skills are only part of the equation. We will focus on developing the soft skills necessary to excel in interviews and on the job. Lessons will cover how to communicate complex financial information clearly, a skill I honed while preparing quarterly and monthly reports for management and boards and providing ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership. We'll practice interview prep that focuses on presenting your experience and knowledge with confidence, ensuring you stand out in a competitive hiring landscape. Each programme is tailored to your specific career aspirations. After discussing your goals and background, I will build a curriculum that directly addresses your needs, ensuring every session is an efficient and effective step toward securing your position in the world of finance.
