My name is **Bandi Sravanthi**, and I am a **Black Belt Karate Instructor** dedicated to helping students develop self-defence skills, confidence, discipline and physical fitness. My teaching style is patient, motivating and focused on each student's individual progress. Every class begins with a warm-up and stretching session, followed by basic karate techniques such as stances, punches, kicks and blocks. As students improve, I introduce advanced techniques, self-defence applications, fitness drills and practical exercises to build strength, coordination and mental focus. I maintain a safe, respectful and encouraging environment where students are inspired to achieve their goals. My classes are suitable for children, teenagers, college students and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners, whether they want to learn self-defence, prepare for belt examinations, improve fitness or build lifelong discipline and confidence.
