My name is Taerin, and I am a dedicated Pharmacy student at the University of Rhode Island with strong academic performance in chemistry, including earning A’s in both Organic Chemistry I and II. I was personally recommended by my Organic Chemistry professor and selected as a Chemistry Peer Tutor at the Academic Enhancement Center, where I tutor students in General and Organic Chemistry. My background allows me to explain difficult topics with clarity, accuracy, and patience. I value professionalism, reliability, and a supportive learning environment, and I work hard to ensure that every student feels understood and confident. My Teaching Approach

Hello! My name is Taerin, and I am a Pharmacy student at the University of Rhode Island with experience as a Chemistry Peer Tutor at the Academic Enhancement Center. I earned A’s in both Organic Chemistry I and II, which strengthened my conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build a clear conceptual foundation and develop effective problem-solving strategies. Rather than simply giving answers, I explain the logic and reasoning behind each step so students can become confident, independent learners.
