About Dr Seyed

With over 18 years of teaching experience, I am a PhD-qualified Chemistry teacher and Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) with a B.Ed. and extensive experience teaching IB HL/SL, AP, and Ontario curriculum courses.

I have taught students in Canada and internationally, helping them strengthen their understanding of Chemistry, improve problem-solving skills, prepare for examinations, and achieve strong academic results.

My teaching approach is clear, structured, and personalized. I identify each student’s areas for improvement and adapt lessons to their individual needs, whether they need help with course concepts, assignments, exam preparation, or advanced problem solving.

About the lesson

My lessons are clear, structured, and personalized to each student’s needs. I focus on building a strong conceptual understanding while developing the problem-solving and exam skills needed for academic success.

During lessons, I explain difficult concepts step by step, work through problems with the student, identify areas of weakness, and provide targeted practice. For IB, AP, and Ontario students, I also emphasize exam-style questions, problem-solving strategies, and preparation for assessments and final exams.

Whether your goal is to improve your grade, prepare for an important exam, or develop a deeper understanding of Chemistry, lessons will be adapted to your level and goals.
