This field does not warrant much teaching. However, my plan includes two physical and mental assessments to inform my planning to provide adequate training that guarantees results without unwarranted mental and physical stress.
A generic timeline :
1st week :
Work to identify the goals, refine and quantify them.
Work to identify the current physical status of the body and preferably understand the client's history with previous attempts at health improvement.
2nd week: Start with a suitable workout plan and adjust as required for the next weeks
I am a software engineer. In the past five years, I have guided more than 10 clients in their long journey to better health. My work mostly includes serving people with very little to no physical activity and muscle strength.
I assess for free the first time (approx 45 mins), then provide an optional free session(approx 30 mins). Final rates are decided after the assessment on day one
