About Davies

As a French tutor with over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor of Education in French as a Second Language, I am dedicated to making French learning enjoyable for complete beginners. My teaching approach is patient, humorous, and centred around interactive activities. I use games, skits, flashcards, and storytelling to make grammar and vocabulary engaging and fun. These techniques not only help students understand and retain the language but also boost their confidence in using French in everyday situations. About the lesson

Learning French should feel like telling a good story—full of characters, imagination, and just enough grammar to hold it together. My teaching style is relaxed, supportive, and full of storytelling. I love helping learners who are building their French from the ground up. Whether you’re new to the language or reconnecting with it after time away, I provide patient, one-on-one support that builds your confidence. Speaking is key in my lessons. We talk, we repeat, and we get comfortable with making mistakes. That’s how we grow. I guide you gently through grammar and help you build sentences that you can use every day.
