About Elizabeth
I have been making art in one form or another for my entire life and believe that we all have the creative ability to bring finished art into this world. I have worked in marketing as a graphic designer, as a website designer and freelance graphic designer full time, muralist, and many other jobs before becoming an Elementary Art Teacher. Art is my passion and sharing it is just as important. I cannot wait to share it with you!

I am an Elementary Art Teacher and Freelance Illustrator. I enjoy drawing and painting in both digital and classic mediums. Lessons are centered around building a whole completed piece. For the starting artist who wants to work along with someone else- whether you would like to start with acrylic painting, or using an ipad to paint with procreate. We will learn about building on an idea, developing a sketch and plan. How to keep thing organized with layering and mixing colors, building the composition. Then we will look at mixing mediums, finishing your piece with added details. I am flexible and would love to chat about special projects and group lessons! My classes with large school aged children make me a great option when it comes to improvising and coming up with great lessons for any person or group.
