I got into teaching at first to supplement my income, but find I enjoy the work sometimes more than making art! It's been a pleasure to share my experience and knowledge, and make a point of teaching the students I have rather than a fixed curriculum. I focus on what they need to overcome hurdles and try to find ways that will help them best overcome hurdles.
My teaching methods would be to start breaking shapes and shading to make the learning easier on the student. I would have videos related to the learning and some figure drawing. Lot's of observational drawing as well as basic knowledge of design. If the student is interested. I would also give Adobe Suite classes.
Depending on your passion and goals my approach will vary but no matter what, I will always work to establish firm foundations for technique upon which a greater creative freedom can be built over time.
My classes and lessons change based on the individual. I assess what your needs are and plan accordingly. Continuous feedback and positive reinforcement offered. I am most comfortable tutoring and teaching elementary grades; JK-grade 8. Will follow IEP.
I work with a goal-oriented approach so that you can make it to where you want as efficiently as possible. I also prefer knowing that I have passed on more than just a simple how-to, so I also plan on giving you the tools to face any other goals you may create for yourself on your own without external help.
The way I teach someone normally starts with a small activity . After I know what level my students are at, I will then come up with my class content. I am a very watercolor based artist, so I would involve techniques and practice on colors as well as forms etc.
My instinct help to guide me to work differently with each student with experience. Having taught in University and Design Collages as well as children. I have developed a method were basic concepts are taught in most easiest way possible.
I would base my class according to the needs and level of the student. I would make sure there is understanding of the lecture and improvement in the artwork. If there are questions on the methods, I'd be happy to answer them.
I am the analyst/organizer mixed to the negotiator/consultant type of teacher. I can adapt to my student's schedule, and I can teach to any people (any age) who is willing to learn in a creative, fun and out of the common way.
I value the individuality of an artist the most, and always try to gauge a student's current skill level, personality, goals and challenges thoroughly first, then design a learning approach that will benefit them the most. In terms of technique I can teach all aspects of art fundamentals and specific skills pertaining to working in video game, publishing and film.
My teaching methods are easy to understand and learn. I teach in a very structured and flexible manner. Besides classroom teaching i have proved my mettle in organizing art exhibitions, annual theater shows, events related to SPICMACAY etc.
I approach the student first needing to observe and ask them about their own personal learning skills, their strengths, and areas they want/need to improve upon. I also like to use skills that help retain new knowledge in your memory like the drill method especially in one on one tutoring to help learn a new subject or as a studying skill.
My teaching methods are hands-on experience and assignments. A typical class would include a brief discussion of the historical context of the topic (if applicable) followed by one on one or group tutorial with assignments to do at home in time between classes. This method may vary subject to subject but will generally follow this format.
I approach instruction in a free form method, tailoring my lessons to what my students need based on their strengths and weaknesses. I will usually give some lessons on the fundamentals of drawing regardless of the skill level of the pupils in question.
A typical class would start with a 30-minute demonstration, followed by an assisted design laboratory set-up class(length dependent on student). The primary goal is for a student to create a 2-dimensional perspective drawing, freehand drawing of details and rendering it in full color (may choose from watercolor, colored pencil, markers or mixed-media).

About the painting for beginner want to have there own art in short term, I prefer give in you a simple painting by myself or a photo. Then, I will analyze it like how to sketch, paint and use materials. After that, I will give you materials to create your own work. You can create everything if you want. It will take 3h/pic so it will suitable for busy people.
I approach the complex subject of art in a simple manner. Making sure the student understands the basics before getting too overwhelmed with the details. I am very flexable and understanding, willing to work with the students to make sure they're comfortable and able to succeed.
A typical art class is two hours long, it starts with a 15 min lecture, in class practice, homework and a final project at the end of the chapter. I teach any level, from grade 5 to university level, and adults workshops on specific media.
I base my classes on my own professional experience, industry trends, established curriculums and student interest. I’m flexible with scheduling and work load. I can tailor lessons to your interests. I believe in overcoming challenges with communication instead of giving orders.
My teaching methods are simple.
I truly believe that each person is unique and we will work together at your own pace while having fun and learning at your own pace.
Itdepends on the class because a practical class focuses on making elements after obtaining previous knowledge and following steps, or in other cases where the opposite is evaluated we arrive at the results
