First free hour is to assess where you're at. I'll ask you what you want to do and we'll discuss how you'd like to proceed. It's surprising how much can be achieved in just that first hour! I can help walk you through any challenges you are facing because I have faced and conquered many challenges myself.
The class is aimed at beginners. Please send a sample of past art works (1-5) if you have any. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations to see if we’re a good fit. I offer step by step lesson plans, break downs and constructive feedback.
I will be providing step-by-step recreational group drawing lessons for children and teens of all levels in Mississauga, ON. I am great with children and people in general will accommodate everyone's needs individually. Students safety, comfort, and results are my top priority.
My classes and lessons change based on the individual. I assess what your needs are and plan accordingly. Continuous feedback and positive reinforcement offered. I am most comfortable tutoring and teaching elementary grades; JK-grade 8. Will follow IEP.
I like to make my students happy with what their learning and try to help them as best as I can. I want to find out what exactly they want to learn so they get the most out of their experience.
My teaching methods are mostly by visualization of course content. Firstly, by summarizing the whole chapter, and then moving to more detail. I base my classes on the students’ needs, and I approach a subject with structure and flexibility. If the lesson is not course oriented, I will help the student step by step to meet their needs and teach them to master the lesson.
I approach teaching with a mix of theory and practicality. I think it's important to understand why techniques work the way they do; and even more so, how to apply them. I teach from ages 3+. It is never too late or too early to learn how to draw.
My instinct help to guide me to work differently with each student with experience. Having taught in University and Design Collages as well as children. I have developed a method were basic concepts are taught in most easiest way possible.
I like to present a loose concept with materials to be used, allowing the artist to choose the subject matter. I give instruction of the techniques that can be executed with given mediums. Teaching confidence in ones value of individual expression is an important factor in teaching the production of authentic art, regardless of the artists' age or skill level.
My classes are focused on foundational skills and techniques. I aim to give you the structure to produce stunning drawings and paintings. My classes begin with core skills, with deliverables by the end of each session. Beginners are welcome to try out my classes and explore their skills. I provide all the materials. My classes are adapted to your specific interests and goals.
I always focus on the fundamental. In the beginning, I will teach how to analyze a reference, how to see and understand the object that you wanna draw. After all, drawing is seeing, it's how we see, understand and interpreted the world. Also, I will also show you the proportion and the construction of the figure, so then we com stylize it later for making manga, caricature or a cartoon.
I learned by myself with a lot of trials and errors so I can give you advice on how to avoid them. Depending on your level, we can work on different areas of your work... maybe you need help with chosing your colors, maybe you need help with controling the water... there is a lot of exercise you can do to warm up and work on what is difficult before going to your painting.
I base my teaching off of the present ability of my students, novices to experienced the opportunity is always there to advance and add to your skills. From the novice learning about composition, color theory and shading methods, to perspective, mediums, styles and their techniques for the more experienced. We can review your knowledge and skills together to assess where I can help you the best.
I would base my class according to the needs and level of the student. I would make sure there is understanding of the lecture and improvement in the artwork. If there are questions on the methods, I'd be happy to answer them.
The best way to learn is to observe and practice. Efficient study is breaking down the subject matter and reconstructing it. Learning from the masters and experimenting are the best ways to find your own calling and artist voice.
I always make sure that what i teach should be as easy to understand as if i was explaining it to a 4-year old. I understand that people understand and disseminate information differently, and i adapt my teaching style to fit this understanding.
I approach my subject by structuring my lessons around a specific theme (artist, style, medium), and encourage creativity and risk taking within a safe learning environment. My intention is to teach art skills, theory, history, and vocabulary, while exploring various cultures and artistic practices.
My teaching methods are easy to understand and learn. I teach in a very structured and flexible manner. Besides classroom teaching i have proved my mettle in organizing art exhibitions, annual theater shows, events related to SPICMACAY etc.
My teaching methods are hands-on experience and assignments. A typical class would include a brief discussion of the historical context of the topic (if applicable) followed by one on one or group tutorial with assignments to do at home in time between classes. This method may vary subject to subject but will generally follow this format.
This is not Bob Ross so don't think i'm going to coddle you or do a paint along. I will be looking at your strengths and weaknesses and assigning projects accordingly. first few sessions\classes will be an assessment of your ability later reaching into what you'd like to accomplish as a visual artist.
I approach instruction in a free form method, tailoring my lessons to what my students need based on their strengths and weaknesses. I will usually give some lessons on the fundamentals of drawing regardless of the skill level of the pupils in question.
A typical class would start with a 30-minute demonstration, followed by an assisted design laboratory set-up class(length dependent on student). The primary goal is for a student to create a 2-dimensional perspective drawing, freehand drawing of details and rendering it in full color (may choose from watercolor, colored pencil, markers or mixed-media).
I usually spilt my class into half. Half I teach you technical skills, another half I teach you the things you want or cannot do by yourself.
My classes focus on practical and theoretical application, with fun and real world projects suitable for professional use or hobbies.
A typical art class is two hours long, it starts with a 15 min lecture, in class practice, homework and a final project at the end of the chapter. I teach any level, from grade 5 to university level, and adults workshops on specific media.
My methodology is, foremost, to avoid pushing a square peg through a round hole. I will pour my resources into lessons that react and evolve based on your interest. There is a great deal of information available to boost your artistic abilities, but that same body of information can intimidate or stifle the creative mind when presented too rigidly.
In my classes I aim to help students discover their unique style and approach to art making. I believe everyone learns at their own unique pace, and by adapting to each learning style and skill level, I explain the fundamentals, theory and elements of art, in a variety of mediums.
I would like to teach artists on their time when they're feeling ready or when they need help with their art.
I base my classes on my own professional experience, industry trends, established curriculums and student interest. I’m flexible with scheduling and work load. I can tailor lessons to your interests. I believe in overcoming challenges with communication instead of giving orders.
I approach a subject with it's essentials. I start from basics and build up from there. I will try to help you according to your individual level, whether it be basic or high level.
