About Rogan
I am currently a Senior lecturer managing programs and teachers at a college on SA. I am continuously developing myself professionally and always looking for new challenges to keep motivated and passionate about the mathematical field. I personally have been teaching mathematics as a subjects for 15 years and is competent in using various technology platforms to enhance learning.

I believe that learning should be a fun adventurous journey and as a teacher, I must create a safe, fearless learning environment where individuals can learn by exploring and discovering new knowledge. The teaching learning should be a two way process and student-centered. After my journey with learners, I want to leave a self-driven, self-motivate person that take charge and responsibility of their learning.
Therefore my main aim is to present a classroom learning environment that will allow learners to express they individualism and equipment them with the knowledge as well as research and technology competencies that will enable them to compete and stand their own ground on a global level.
