About Hetvi

Graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master's in Audiology first class honours (H1) in 2025 and Bachelor of science majored in pathology with first class honours (H1) in 2023. I have received an ATAR of 93.85 in 2020 and have more than 7-8 years of experiencing tutoring students from year 3- 10 in Maths.

Passionate and dedicated tutor with experience teaching students of different ages, learning styles, and abilities. I enjoy making learning simple, engaging, and easy to understand by explaining concepts in multiple ways until each student feels confident. With a friendly and supportive approach, I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

About the lesson

I offer personalised online tutoring sessions that are structured around each student’s individual learning needs and goals. Every lesson begins with a clear aim and learning intention, followed by guided teaching, practice questions, and reflection at the end of the session to ensure students feel confident with the content covered. I also provide parents with a summary after each class, including what was covered, student progress, and what we will be learning in upcoming lessons.

My teaching style is flexible and student-focused. While I prepare structured lessons, I also adapt to what students need on the day — whether that involves working through homework questions, preparing for upcoming exams, revising difficult concepts, or building confidence in specific topics. I explain concepts in multiple ways to suit different learning styles and create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
