About Azeena
Hello, I’m Azeena. I am a dedicated yoga teacher with an Advanced Diploma in Yoga and over 7 years of teaching experience since 2019. I have taught students from India and Indian students living abroad, including in the USA.
I believe yoga should be approachable and comfortable for everyone, regardless of age or previous experience. I take time to understand each student's needs and adapt my teaching accordingly.
I especially enjoy working with women, children, beginners and students who are looking for a calm and supportive approach to yoga, breathing and relaxation.
I teach in Tamil, Hindi and English, and I enjoy helping students build a consistent yoga practice that fits naturally into their daily lives.

My online yoga classes are designed to be comfortable, supportive and suitable for beginners as well as experienced students. I combine yoga asanas, pranayama, breathing exercises, stretching and relaxation practices according to each student's age, ability and goals.
I have been teaching yoga since 2019 and have experience teaching students in India as well as Indian students living abroad, including in the USA.
I have a special interest in women's wellness and offer supportive yoga practices for women with PCOD/PCOS, along with gentle yoga and relaxation practices for children with different attention, communication and sensory needs.
Classes are available in Tamil, Hindi and English. Students can choose a schedule that works for them, with both personalized one-to-one sessions and group classes available.
My goal is to make yoga practical, enjoyable and easy to maintain as part of everyday life.
