About Ben
Hello! My name is Ben, and I'm from the U.S. I love working with students in the sciences, with expertise in physics, chemistry and biology. I also have experience with maths, history and english. I try to adapt to the needs and style of every student I work with. In the sciences, improvement usually comes from doing many problems. In helping students, I work through problems with them, try to understand where the gaps are in their understanding, and try to fill the gaps with a clear explanation. Instead of providing the answer, I think a facilitative approach is most helpful for student learning.
