So I tried to build confidence in my students and that made them self-dependent. Education isn't for results only. I believe that it's high time to change our learning methods and fasten it with the help of modern tech. In this fast-paced world, traditional tutoring methods are not efficient, so I try to reshape my tutoring method out according to the student's requirements. I basically choose on the basis of two different parameters - 1. Time Availability. 2. Expected Results or Outcomes. Lesson Plan depends on these factors too.
