About Glory
I am currently working in govt school as catering manager where managing food requirement is my job. I used to give cooking classes prior to this job known as sugarrush.
Since pandemic, i wanted to restart my cooking classes as it was an utter joy teaching people basics of food and sharing my knowledge that I gained. It is a delight to help people learn something new.

I start the process from scratch.
No pre cut vegetables or pre made gravies. Everything is done in front of students in 99% of cases. This gives them confidence and let them know its all simple and easy.
I use ingredients which are available easily.
Being taught professionally I know how to handle amateurs as well as experts who are looking to learn more.
