As an award-winning photographer and proud member of the Association of Photographers (AOP), I’m committed to maintaining high standards in both my creative work and teaching. I'm also a Capture One Certified Professional, which allows me to offer students up-to-date insights into industry-standard tools and techniques. In my role as a Tech Demonstrator and Lecturer in Professional Photographic Practice, I work with learners at all levels—from complete beginners to those preparing for careers in the creative industries. My sessions are hands-on, inclusive, and tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or looking to refine a professional portfolio, my lessons are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence. I am a university lecturer in photography and a technical demonstrator, I bring both industry insight and academic experience to every session. I work with students of all levels—from complete beginners to aspiring professionals—offering a flexible, supportive learning environment tailored to your goals. What you can expect from my lessons: Getting started with your camera: settings, exposure, and composition Creative techniques: lighting, storytelling, and developing your visual style Studio and location photography Post-production using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Portfolio development and constructive critique Professional practices and insights into the photography industry Lessons are practical, engaging, and adapted to your pace—whether you're learning for fun, study, or work.
