About Angeles
I am a fully qualified and experienced Spanish teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience in both the UK and. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UK (QTS), and certification as a DELE examiner (B1–C2) by the Instituto Cervantes. I have taught in a wide range of educational settings—secondary schools, private institutions, and adult colleges—working with learners from KS3 and GCSE to adult professionals and complete beginners. I am eager for continuous learning to improve my teaching, providing new ideas and resources to update it and accommodate it to the students' needs.

I use a learner-centred approach, adapting each lesson to suit your level, learning style, and objectives—whether that’s passing GCSE or A-Level exams, preparing for the DELE who need to certify their language competences, or improving everyday conversational Spanish. I follow well-established pedagogical frameworks such as the NCELP methodology (for school students) and task-based learning for adults, with engaging and meaningful activities that develop all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I integrate grammar and vocabulary through real-life contexts, visual resources, cultural content, and regular feedback to boost confidence and fluency. Lessons often include role-plays, games, authentic materials, and exam-style practice, depending on the learner’s needs.
