About Sherylanne

Sherylanne has studied many wholistic practices extensively with masters and facilitators, including many forms of meditation, breathwork, nlp, constellations and law of attraction practices. She has travelled teaching in various retreats and offering workshops globally. She has an established YouTube channel for meditation.

About the lesson

We start the lesson with a chat about what you would like to improve, heal or manifest into your life and slowly start to relax and use the breath - getting into a deeper state. Then I offer a guided narration to help you focus and help direct and still your mind - releasing any thoughts. With practice you will get better and better at this and will be able to focus, still your mind and meditate on your own
