About Hadeer
Who can help you/ your child in the process of learning science better than a highly motivated and dedicated "future doctor" whose best talent was figuring out how to study in the most effective way during school?
I am a fifth-year student at the faculty of medicine Ain Shams University. I am also a STEM school graduate who is so interested in teaching. I know the struggle of trying to understand science at a young age, but through the years of my studies, I learned the skill of making it easier and more fun to learn.
At STEM school we used to learn science in an interesting, interactive way "learning-by-doing". I have always wanted to spread that idea among younger students from the beginning of their educational journey. Interactive learning sharpens critical thinking skills, which are fundamental to the development of analytic reasoning. A child who can explore an open-ended question with imagination and logic is learning how to make decisions, as opposed to just “regurgitating” memorized information.
As an individual with a keen love for education, I firmly believe that I have what it takes to develop and implement tutoring plans that best fit your/ your child's academic needs. We will work together on how to develop study habits for better performance in exams. We will practice building self-confidence and having a positive attitude when it comes to learning something new instead of giving up. I can teach my student how to stay focused and motivate him/her to push a little harder to accomplish their goals. I know how to give constructive criticism in such a way that makes my student want to work harder. So, I am going to be a study partner and a facilitator rather than a “teacher” in the traditional way.
