About Matt
I am a real estate investor with a passion for teaching others all that I have learned. I have been investing in real estate for the past 10 years in areas such as retail, industrial, office and multifamily. I recently aquired 4 apartment buildings in Fairfield County, Connecicut and manage the portfilio on a daily basis.
My goal as a tutor is to arm others with the knowedge I have gained from being in thr industry so they can go out there and have success. I am an expert on all matters related to commercial real estate and with my step by step guidance anyone can replicate what I have done. I have a proven method that works and want to share it with the world.
I have taken numerous courses on commercial real estate at NYU, Hunter College and the New York Real Estate Institute. In 2017 I reveived my Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of New York.
What I enjoy most is seeing my students gain confidence in the subjects I am teaching and build their knowedge to a level where they are able to go out and make offers on properties. It is very rewarding.

I start with the basics of learning about the subject of commercial real estate and build from there. It is a step by step process and I do not move on to the next one until the student has mastered every building block neccesary.
