4 years working and making the taste of a real dream, i’m a Peruavian Chef graduated from Le Cordon Blue in Peru i worked there 4years for Gaston Acurio the best Peruvian Chef at Astrid & Gaston ....i have a small business here in Jax , I’m a Cater ...my passion is obviously do food i feel the kitchen is part of me...... i love to teach because i love everybody learn how to eat real and tasty food and makes their dreams came true ! i love make empanadas, ceviches,salads,tapas, dishes with fish, meet and chicken, desserts like crocantes passion fruit, alfajores chocolates cakes etc.....
