About Susan
As the former owner of a popular restaurant, I know how to cook. Unfortunately, many of my favorite recipes, not only the food I was raised on from the south, but also served to my customers in my restaurant we’re full of fat, carbs, and other ingredients I’ve learned to avoid. However, I didn’t want to give up the foods I love. So, I learned how to make them in a healthier way!
What I do for my client’s, is to show them how remake their original recipes by substituting healthier ingredients for the not-so-healthy ingredients in their favorite dishes.

I typically have the student fill out a questionnaire regarding their favorite foods and the ingredients used to make the dishes.
After we discuss how they need help, we create a plan.
