About Vasanti

Signature Concoctions started off in Aug 2008 as a food blog, showcasing my passion for cooking & clicking. In 2012, it evolved into cooking classes!

In my classes, I share my take on modern Indian cuisine that is cooked at home for family or guests, prepared using fresh ingredients while staying true to its authenticity. In a couple of hours, you will learn to make traditional dishes that you've tried in Indian restaurants or reinvent Indian classics by using simple techniques of fine cooking and playing with a few non-Indian ingredients, taking the Indian cuisine to a whole new level that fits the modern lifestyle and is easy for entertaining.

I will work with you to design specialized cooking classes/workshops 1:1 or for groups (upto 8 persons). We could also shake things up and host cooking parties

in my kitchen or at the your home with specially designed menu for events like birthdays, holidays, girls nights or weekend afternoons, couples or kids.
