About Ellie
By making others make wonderful authentic Greek dishes and sharing them with the people they love!!! I have bein cooking for my family for 40 years and i have worked in kitchens with chefs and other cooks for many years. Cooking Greek food for me is a pleasure mostly because I love Greek traditional food I was raised with it and I also raised my children aside making it an enjoyable job. It’s what I do best!!!
Everything I enjoy everything about cooking and teaching. From making a menu to making a shopping list to preparation of the food
By making my passion work
The best education I got is my love my passion for my country’s cooking and those 40 years of everyday preparation for my own family and the places I worked for...
i am self taught and my free time, my enjoyment is reading and watching and making and tasting till perfection!!
