About Betsania
I am a long time Culinary Chef and currently back in school working on my Pastry Arts degree. I love to teach others what I have learned. Just because we are shut in does not mean we need to be shut out. With virtual learning, I will provide a Zoom link where we can work together. I use a camera facing me and one overhead so you can see exactly what I am doing.
All my love and passion is in the kitchen. I spend hours and hours a day playing with new recipes and researching how I can make them better each time.
Yes, the 2020 Pandemic changed our lives but not our desire to grow. My online classes help you prepare for everyday cooking or just a meal for a special occation, all while staying safe in the comfort of your own home.
I attened the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and recieved a Culinary Diploma. I am also currently enrolled in Aguste Escoffier for my Pastry Art Degreee.

For new and old students, I have a slide presentation that you can review at your own pace. It has detailed information of everything you will need, plus bonus tips and tricks I have learned along the way.
I have worked with any and every age. In my last group class the youngest member was 11 and the oldest was in her 70s! They both did amazing job creating their dishes.
