About Katey

My passion is to teach people to eat healthy and make healthy choices. It is a process that starts small but can make some big changes. We have one life to live and we want to be the best at anything we do... Mom, wife, caretaker, worker, volunteer, friend. And being at our best means being healthy and living healthy. My passion is to teach individuals to make those changes to thier lives and live healthier and teach their children and those around them that living healthy is an option - the best option! I was raised in a home where home cooked meals were the only meals. That is a great thing and one that needs to be emphasized more! We want food quick and ready which can lead to going for fast (junk) food but there are so many others ways to have food on the table fast and healthy. I help people to realize that tips and tricks in the kitchen work well and provide healthy choices. And we know whats in our food when we cook at home - not as many chemicals and a lot of love.

I am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have lived and walked the nutrition route for most of my life.

I am passionate about teaching others healthy ways to live which may lend us to make changes in our life. Let me give you a free hour to do your health history to see if we are a fit. If we are than we can work together side by side to make the changes you want to make in your life happier, healthier and Well Worth it.

I teach individuals how to cook healthy, eat healthy, make good choices and look at the whole picture of thier life to ensure that they are living the best life they can. I love helping others reach thier goals and become happier and healthier!

I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

I also managed and run a Healthy Teaching Kitchen in Lancaster SC which involves many program for the community.

About the lesson

Completing a free one hour health history to find out if I can meet your objectives.

Mostly females but some males.

Seniors, children, mothers.

All ages.

Meet with them first and see if your personalities match.

Put on a healthy camp (week long) for children ages 6-9 on eating healthy. Called it Incredible Edibles.
